Bankroll Operating Brief — the poker operating system

  • Bankroll Operating Brief — one readiness score (0–100), one weak-link summary, and your next three bankroll moves before you sit. Five live metrics: true bankroll, main-stake cover, ruin risk, account trust, monthly pace. One-tap into the coach or a protected live session.
  • Account trust score (0–100) — how clean your bankroll picture actually is. Drift, stale balances, unassigned ledger rows, and account-level patterns all feed a single trust score with three bands.
  • Coach speaks from the Operating Brief — the bankroll coach now sees the exact same readiness score, account trust, metrics, and "next three moves" you do. No more generic risk-of-ruin formulas.
  • Deterministic bankroll patterns — concentration, drift, stale check-ins, unassigned rows, cashflow churn, expense drag, reconciliation cadence. The top three flow into every coach call as ground truth.
  • Live-session 60-second reset — ask the coach mid-session and a protocol (title, 3 steps, decision rule) renders *before* the AI streams. Tilt words and guardrail breaches trigger urgent or protect tones so you stabilize first.

  • Multi-Source Chat Import is smarter — game type (NLHE / PLO / PLO5) is now classified from the conversation itself instead of defaulting to PLO.
  • Account-aware AI coach — bankroll coach now writes per-account advice instead of generic risk-of-ruin formulas.
  • Live-session reminders, bankroll intelligence (venue / game / mood patterns), synthesis reliability, auth hardening across 20 edge functions.
